Short Courses in Statistics at EURAM 2012 Preliminary Announcement
In addition to the scholarly program short courses in statistics will be offered by CARMA (the Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis) in cooperation with Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
CARMA is an interdisciplinary center devoted to helping faculty, graduate students and professionals learn of current developments in various areas of research methods and statistics. Each of the courses typically lasts two and a half days and includes an equal balance of lecture and hands-on experience, with an emphasis on the application of the methodology. The CARMA instructors are internationally recognized within the organizational studies and management areas as experts on their topics, and several are current or past editors of leading organizational journals. CARMA has enjoyed considerable success in providing a stimulating and comfortable environment for learning research methods and data analysis.
