The EURAM’12 tracks are structured by Special Interest Group (SIG). At EURAM there are 13 SIGs which are:
- BUSINESS & SOCIETY
- CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
- ENTREPRENEURSHIP
- GENDER, EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN ORGANISATIONS
- INNOVATION
- INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- KNOWLEDGE & LEARNING TRACK
- ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR
- PROJECT ORGANIZING
- PUBLIC MANAGEMENT
- RESEARCH METHODS AND RESEARCH PRACTICE
- SPORT AS A BUSINESS: INTERNATIONALISATION, PROFESSIONALISATION, COMMERCIALISATION
- STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Each SIG has a SIG General Track for their discipline as well as a number of sub-tracks (from 2 up to 15).

In addition, there is a General Conference Track you may submit to as well as 8 general subtracks:
- Conference General Track: Social Innovation
- Adaptation of Management Control Systems in turbulent times This track has been merged with Track 58
- Artistic Practices and Management Models This track will now be a Development Working Group
- Darwinism, Organizational Evolution and Survival
- Social Innovation in Health Care This track has been merged with Track 64
- The Roles of Organizations in Society and in Societal Change This track has been merged with Track 14
- Theories of Practice in Commerce: A multi-disciplinary approach
- New Approaches to Entrepreneurship Research: Genetics, Neuroscience and Experiments
